 现在，Windows 7 RC已经近在眼前了，正式版估计也不远了，人们越来越迫切地想知道到底何时Windows 7才会发布。我个人认为会在今年的晚些时候。

首先，回顾以下此前微软的说法，微软曾表示将在Vista发布后的三年，也就是2010年的1月份发布Windows 7。不过如果这消息属实的话，那微软可就犯了大错了因为这将错过圣诞节假期，而谁都知道圣诞节期间是软硬件销售的高峰。

目前，Windows 7的最新版本为6.1.7116.0.winmain.090422-1816，而根据此前软媒的独家播报，Windows 7正式版的版本号应该是7200。如果按照每天一个新版的速度开发下去的话，Windows 7 RTM应该在今年7月15号左右就能开发完毕。

此外，还有个时间也是微软绝对不能也不会错过的。那就是9月？为啥呢？因为9月份学生都纷纷开学，这下不用多说了吧？学生往往是笔记本等电子产品的消费大军。
