 继上一次Windows live Onecare与Windows 7 Beta曝出兼容性问题后，这次Zune也遭遇了同样的问题。Zune是微软出品的音乐播放器。但最近微软员工David Szabo,指出Zune在Windows 7 Beta进行同步时可能会出现兼容性问题。“事实上Zune是在充电而不是同步。”

“安装完Windows 7后，Zune软件可能无法识别出设备，此时，右键Zune - 以管理员身份运行，此时，Zune应该就能正常识别了。”不过最好的方法还是尽快更新微软发布的Zune固件更新 Zune 3.1
