 据微软官方博客得介绍，和Vista一样，Windows 7 Enterprise也将使用Microsoft Software Assurance（软件保障计划）。

Windows 7 Enterprise将会是Windows桌面优化计划的一部分，包括微软桌面优化工具包并只对拥有软件保障计划的用户开放。

其实上周微软宣布Windows 7版本时我就该想到这一点了，随后微软官方也承认Windows 7 Enterprise将只通过微软软件保障计划发放授权许可。这样得授权策略可以说是令人失望的，显得微软得目光过于短浅。通过这样的计划，微软并不能获得他想要得结果，因为WIndows不是Office。

此前，微软得批量授权曾在Office和服务器软件上取得了不小成功。这样得批量授权可以给微软带来不菲的收入。

在Vista中，微软引进了Enterprise版本并绑定了微软软件保障计划，其中就包括大量企业肯定会用到但必须通过软件保障计划才能使用的功能。而到去年年底，只有10%的企业用户升级到了Vista。虽然企业不升级得原因有很多种，但我打赌钱绝对是其中最重要得一个原因。

在2007年6月底时，微软称其批量授权占总授权的份额达19%，而到去年年底，这一数字并未改变，OEM占了总授权得81%，那么可想而知批量授权最多也只可能有19%了。
