 在Windows 7中，用户是无法将控制面板、计算机和回收站Pin到任务栏上的，这一点也曾饱受争议。但是否可以通过一些小伎俩来实现这样的效果呢？答案当然是肯定的。通过新建工具栏我们就可以实现，工具栏内可以放置桌面图标、回收站、计算机、甚至是搜索和库链接。

*按下Alt键，在视图菜单中显示隐藏文件、显示受保护的系统文件
*打开资源管理器，定位到： %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer
*新建文件夹并重命名，比如“Vista123”
*右键文件夹-属性-安全-权限设置为Everyone
*右键任务栏空白处-工具栏-新工具栏，定位到：%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer，选择Vista123文件夹
*右键-任务栏-解除锁定

现在你就可以任意拖放图标进去了，想放啥放啥吧，而且右键此工具栏还可以设置是否显示程序名称等等。不过需要注意的是任务栏必须保持未锁定，否则选项不会出现。

小编：需要注意的是，此举有利有弊，比较适合大屏幕用户。而且不喜欢这种方式的用户可以不必操作了，每个人都有自己的操作习惯。根据自己的习惯来决定，本文仅仅是提供方法。
