 昨天，微软公布了Windows 7的六个版本，那么，这样的版本划分是好是坏呢？

好处

微软确实从Vista中吸取了教训：过多的版本只会让消费者混淆。因此，在WIndows 7中，微软主要将押宝在Home Premium和Professional上。“我们相信80%左右的用户都会选择这两个版本。”

而针对XP用户，微软也提供了升级计划。“XP用户也可以购买升级光盘或升级授权，但必须全新安装Windows 7。”虽然微软还未谈及价格问题，但至少我们知道可以打点折。

坏处

虽然微软强调会以Windows 7 HP和Professional这两个版本为主，但依然还是宣布总计有六个版本。微软称此举是为了满足全球各种各样的用户群需求。

小编：其实为了应付反垄断啊啥的，这也可以理解。

总结

此前有关Netbook专用版的流言至此不攻自破，因为微软对Windows 7所做的优化以足以令其所有版本都可运行在Netbook上。而实在不行的话，还可以限制Netbook只安装Starter和HP版本。

但由此也引发了我的担心，到底Netbook的定义是什么？OEM厂商是否会利用定义上的模糊来钻空子，给普通的笔记本也装上Starter版本，我想这样的话，消费者们估计不会接受了。
