 本周微软召开了Worldwide Partner Conference(全球合作伙伴大会)，会后，微软称在本次大会上，5100万份Windows 7授权已经被销售一空，而其中，绝大多数的企业授权都将于9月1日起陆续发放到企业用户手中。

但是，一名此前曾在微软工作8年的分析师表示，外界，尤其是金融机构不应对微软的5100万份过于乐观，因为，根据他对微软的了解，这5100万份 授权中，绝大多数都是购买了enterprise agreement企业协议 (EA) 和Software Assurance软件保障计划 (SA)的企业客户。

EA和SA这两个计划主要面向企业用户，在新产品发布时，购买了EA和SA的企业可以直接通过更新的方式升级到新版本的产品，而无需其他繁琐的手 续。该分析师称，购买了EA和SA的企业需要每年向微软报告计算机数量并付款，但很多企业即使收到了来自微软的更新也不会安装，因此，外界对Windows 7的占有率不应过于乐观。
