宏碁公布旗下Aspire S7系列Win8超极本的售价及上市日期详情，售价1199美元起，将于10月26日正式上市发售。 S7系列Windows8超极本曾亮相一个月前的IFA 2012展会，拥有11.6英寸和13.3英寸版本，采用1080p IPS 触摸屏。

所有S7系列超极本的均可以实现180度翻转，即整个超极本机身平铺在桌子上。一个不同之处在于11.6英寸版本采用铝质盖子，13.3英寸版本则有Gorilla Glass康宁大猩猩玻璃。
