 微软这次可以说是真正从Vista的兼容性问题中吸取到教训了，微软在Windows 7的兼容性上倾尽了全力。除了与各大软硬件厂商合作以确保驱动兼容性外，微软这次还开始从开发者身上直接下手了。

微软日前宣布，将为软件开发者提供免费在线技术支持。这样一来，如果程序员在开发Windows 7相关软件时遇到问题，可以从MSDN上的Windows开发软件兼容论坛获取帮助。

 Bruce Kyle，微软ISV部门总架构师称：“ISV现在可以获取免费在线技术支持以解决开发过程中的兼容性问题。ISV可以在MSDN论坛中提出问题。微软工程师会在24小时内以E-mail的形式进行回复。”
