 Windows 7的正式发布日期已经确定了，那么大家感兴趣的就剩Windows 7的升级计划了。此前微软曾宣布将为指定时间内购买Vista Home Premium、Bussiness和Ultimate版本机器的用户免费提供升级至对应版本Windows 7的服务。

而今天，根据TechArp网站的消息，用户是否会享受到免费升级还要取决与OEM厂商的决定。微软官方的陈述是“在2009年6月26日至2010年1月31日期间购买Vista机器的用户可以享受到免费或折扣的Windows 7升级。”

事实上，2006Vista发布时，微软也提供相似的计划，那时候HP确实是提供的免费升级，而Dell则要收取40美元封顶的费用。
