 几周前，Engineerning 7官方博客曾发表文章专门介绍了Windows 7中的SSD及其改进，那么，到底改进了多少呢？近日，有国外网站以HDD和SSD的在Vista和Windows 7的功能对比进行了一次测试。测试分两部分进行，第一部分测试对象为HDD传统硬盘，第二部分为SSD固态硬盘。

HDD

测试系统：

Windows Vista Ultimate Edition x64 SP1
Windows 7 RC Build  X64

测试硬盘：

Western Digital(西部数据) 10,000转Raptor 74 GB

测试结果：

可以看出，Windows 7并不能给传统的HDD硬盘带来多少性能上的提升，还是来看看SSD的表现吧。

SSD：

测试硬盘：

Intel X25-M 160 GB

测试结果：

不难看出，对于一款SSD固态硬盘而言，在Windows 7上的性能表现要远远优于Windows Vista SP1。在Vista下，平均读写速度在171-206MB/s左右，而在Windows 7下则为223-234MB/s。

基准测试

测试系统：

    * OCZ Vertex 120 GB SSD SATA-II (1.10 固件版本)
    * Intel X25-M 160 GB SSD SATA-II (04098820 固件版本)

显然，在SSD上，Windows 7的性能要好得多，一般从按下电源按钮到使用都控制在30秒内。而传统的HDD则要再等20秒才能看到登陆画面。

软件/游戏运行性能测试(PCMark, PhotoShop CS4和Crysis)

从图中可以看出，SSD可以帮助提高Windows 7上的软件/游戏性能。而性能提升相当于7200转HDD的2倍，10000转高端HDD的1.5倍.

IOmeter测试

这个测试，说实话，我没听说过，好像是针对工作站和数据库的。测试表明，传统硬盘每秒只可进行100-200 I/O，而SSD则是10倍的速度。

总结：

从性能上讲，在Windows 7平台上，SSD的读取性能超出HDD 35%，写入速度超出23%。而跟Vista相比，SSD跟Windows 7的组合也显得更为流畅。
