 在昨天的ComputeX 2009大会上，AMD全球首款40nm制程DirectX 11显卡，这样一来，AMD就成了全球首家发布DirectX 11显卡的厂商了。

目前而言，只有Windows 7是支持DirectX 11的，因此，DirectX 11的显卡也将给Windows 7的运行带来极大的好处，据AMD称，DirectX11 显卡将给Windows 7带来更快更流畅的运行速度和用户体验，也就是说，Windows 7会获得比以往任何Windows版本更强劲的游戏性能。
